The Caregiving Packages are completely different than the Home Maintenance Packages. Packages includes extra chores of per room noted in the package. 

Companionship Includes: going on walks, playing board/card games, hiking, going to the park, exploring, socializing, 

Bathroom Includes: sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down counters, cleaning out sink and tub, giving bath to elderly if needed, changing diapers/pull-ups if necessary

Bedroom Includes: sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down furniture, picking up room, wiping down windows making bed

Living Room Includes: sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down furniture, wiping down windows

Laundry Room Includes: sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down appliances, laundry for 1 person (washing, drying, folding, and will place on bed in the persons room)

Kitchen Includes: sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and appliances down, dishes, 1 meal a day (using our available ingredients) 

Errands: grocery shopping and shopping with one person or for one person, carrying persons shopping bags, pushing persons shopping cart

Appointments: helping 1 person get to and from appointments, helping 1 person make and keep appointments, helping 1 person take their medication on time and or when needed

PLEASE NOTE THAT I MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO DO EVERYTHING ON THE PACKAGE IN ONE DAY. I WORK AS FAST AS POSSIBLE BUT IT DEPENDS ON HOW BIG EACH ROOM IS AND HOW MUCH CLEANING IS NECESSARY.

Save $30.00 per week on basic and standard or save $60.00 per week on premium and grand packages if you are low-income. To qualify for savings, please show EBT card and 1 whole month of pay stubs per working family member living in the house. Combined family income cannot exceed $1,800.00 for a 2 person household or $2,400.00 for a household of 3 or more people. I realise that the cost of water, electric, food, and over-all living increases with more people in the household so that is why I extended the maximum income by $600.00 if the household has over 2 people working and/or living there.

NOTE: I require payment in full. If the day arrives where I am scheduled to clean your house or desired area of choice and I have not yet been paid, I will cancel the appointment and charge you $75.00 for the cancellation fee. If the fee is not paid, I will not accept your business in the future. This includes low-income clients as well. If you know you will not have enough money by the time of the appointment, please cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the appointed date to avoid a cancellation fee. If you still wish for my services, we can discuss the amount you can afford and I will reduce my work in specific area to accommodate the most needed areas first, within a reduced time that is equivalent to the amount you can afford at the time. This option is for emergencies only and will not be offered for every appointment because my website is not set-up for that at the moment.

PLEASE NOTE: I never come to appointments with cash and I do not accept cash or checks. I only accept online payments. I may accept money orders on occasion though. For low-income, you will need to pay me via pay-pal. Call or email me for the official low-income price and to set up an appointment. I will then send you or give you my paypal info or you can send me yours. After the money transfer is complete, I will approve the appointment date and time arranged. The price I give you for the first appointment will become your weekly price if my services are needed on a regular basis. If it is a one-time appointment then you will need to get a new quote every time. Please know that if you were a regular (low-income only) but stopped the service for over 30 days, you will need to get a new quote. This is mostly if something has changed within that time, such as income or job opportunities, tragedy, new accential bills such as school or rent going up, or even having to pay more for everything due to a family member or roommate moving out (leaving you with extra bills.) Sometimes with family members or roommates moving out, you may need to pay full rent but your electricity and water may become cheaper because less people are using it. So, this may not always help your quote.
